We would like to introduce ROTYCAN TURBOTECH PVT. LTD. (ISO 9001:2015 certified) as a company engaged in the mechanical & electrical erection, overhaul, refurbishing and commissioning, re-design of steam turbo-alternators plants at various installations all over India & overseas since the past two decades. The various makes of imported turbines & blowers attended to over the years include KKK, Skoda, Shin Nippon, Nadrowski, Dresser Rand, FIVES CAILS, Brown Boveri (Alstom), Thermodyne, Escher-Wyss, Sulzer, GHH, MAN, Siemens, SGP, Elin-Union, Wier, Duncan-Stewart, Peter-Brotherhood, Stork, B&V, Terry, Coffin, Mather & Platt, Chinese make etc. and all other Indian make of turbines such as Triveni, BHEL, Belliss, IB Turbo, Kessels etc. We are involved in EPC and turnkey co-generation projects for several companies.
Our team is headed by Mr. T.P. Lemos, ex Asea Brown Boveri, who has more than 47 years of varied experience in this field during his long association with Asea Brown Boveri (India).
Our factory is situated in the industrial hub of Makarpura, Vadodara, wherein various jobs related to turbine manufacturing, refurbishing, maintenance, rebabitting of bearings through centrifugal casting etc. are carried out. All electrical panel (HT & LT) related jobs are also carried out here or at our associate companies. Our division catering to factory supplies deals in items such as HT & LT cables, motors, gaskets, mill chains & spares, boiler spares, carbon rings, bearings from SKF, gear boxes & internals, consummables such as nuts & bolts, plates, pipes, round bars, castings etc.
With a view of catering to the Middle East & African markets, we have established our company in the United Arab Emirates under the name of “Rotycan Turbotech FZE”, which is located at the Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah.
